Quality control
At INICIO, quality control is a continuous process and not just the final step before delivery. Translator support and feedback, translation monitoring and consistency checks all take place during the translation phase. This ensures the highest possible quality from the start and is preferable to trying to fix potential issues during the review process with a looming deadline.
A centralized project log is created for every project, in which translators, reviewers and project managers record any questions they may have, as well as their style and terminology decisions. This ensures consistency among the various translators working on large projects and in subsequent product updates.
