We believe trust, open communication and motivation are key in achieving quality. Rather than compiling an impersonal database with hundreds of resources, we work with a select group of freelance translators and reviewers that we know well.
All of our game translators and reviewers have strong linguistic backgrounds and solid experience that we can rely on. We know what kind of work they enjoy and what they're best at. We know their hobbies and the game genres they enjoy playing in their spare time. This allows us to select the right translators for each job.
Our freelance personnel have all signed confidentiality agreements, and we continuously provide feedback to ensure they're always aware of the style and terminology preferred by our clients.
